Hi everyone how much are the Simora 2+1 seats complete with all fixings and seatbelts and floor plus rear carpeted bulkhead going for. Mine might be up for sale soon.

Have a search on ebay and filter ‘Sold’ prices, IMO as low as £600, also see the For Sale section in the T6 Forum.
I sold mine for just under £1100, some parts separately, It took a while but I wasn’t in a hurry and didn’t drop the price.
It’s supply and demand, one thing to mention though is there seems to be enough availability to put buyers off damaged equipment. Taking time off work and driving long distance is part of the cost so if you are the only seller in the area you are on to a winner, if not I’d wait until you are.

Hi did you sell it all ?
New to this and looking to make my 66 reg panel van a kombi.
Interested to know what it achieved and also to purchase if funds permit.

I've just paid £650 for an absolutly mint set of Simora 2+1 that came with all the Brackets, Seatbelts, Genuine VW Floor Mat and Tie Down's and a set of Seat Covers which had been on since new. I just need to get the Strenghening Plates and Seat Belt Fittings from Transporter HQ and i'm good to go

Hi just been quoted £1800 for a single passengers seat and 1+1+1 they are new and match my drivers seat is this about right? seems expensive to me I dont think the belts and plastics are included either. Kombis are normally 3000 pounds more in price ( or that is what I thought let me know if I am wrong) so I was hoping to keep it below that but when you calculate insulating, carpeting and windows I'm going to be over the 3 grand mark, I'm also doing it all myself other than the insulating and carpeting.

Any advice or am I best selling mine and getting a Kombi, mine is a 2016 swb t6 highline 4 motion t32 in blue currently a work horse but I don't need lots of space so it would be good for holidays if I could take the family so I need it to be family friendly in the back, I'm just curious if prices are high due to covid as van prices have risen significantly too if thats the case I might wait until the demand is lower and the price drops.

Also if any body has any seats for sale let me know, or any links to buy proper equipment seat belts, plastics etc.

Sounds like a fair price to me, especially if they're new and fitting is included, in which case I would be surprised if it didn't include the belts.

If you buy a Kombi through your business then it could be treated as a car rather than a van for tax purposes. Total grey area and as Coca-Cola lost their case against HMRC I didn't fancy my one man band chances...

Think I paid £650 for 3 single seats and then about £500 odd for seatbelts and fittings. Then an additional £300 (I think) for them to be fitted. Oxford T5 always seem to have lots of stock of seats and fittings.

For a panel van to day van conversion I'd budget about 5k / 6k inc vat at a converter.

I reckon if you turn up and wave 1.5k under their nose which is a fair price they'd probably take it.

I have a Kombi that's going in to be converted in a couple of weeks and the converter has just pointed out that I can look to sell the Kombi kit out of the back, but other than warn me that prices differ wildly depending on configuration, they haven't given me any idea of what it might be worth, so wondering if anyone can help if I give the specifics?

It's a 2 and a 1 in Simora cloth out of a 2018 SWB T6 with a single sliding door. All seats fold forward flat and the single pulls forward for rear access from the sliding door. Not sure if there's any other variables to the configuration, is there? The whole lot will be coming out including the belts and the floor, and everything looks to be in tip top condition.

Any guidance on where to start would be appreciated.

I would say if they are in great condition the whole lot could be somewhere between £800 to £1000?

Your 2+1 is quite desirable, its worth more than the triple bench.

Check the sold listing on here and ebay, that will help out too

Thanks David, I've had a look about and mostly just seeing the seats on their own, but I'll have a deeper dig.

Don't forget the reinforcing plates for the brackets. Worth double checking that the converter is aware that you're after them.

I figure this might be of some use to the next person searching the forum for this information, but they sold within half an hour of going on Marketplace and eBay for £1000.
